A yearly tune-up
We check and adjust the whole door: spring balance, cables, rollers, hinges and tracks. We lubricate moving parts, tighten hardware and test the opener’s safety reverse and sensors.
Once a year suits most homes. Busy commercial doors need it more often.
A word on springs
Garage door springs hold the weight of the door under high tension. Releasing that tension without the right tools and training can cause serious injury. If a spring or cable breaks, leave the door where it is, don’t run the opener, and call us.
